When may Periodic / Temporary Studies be required?

Quickly and professionally fill the place of your temporarily dismissed personnel:

  •  During the period of maternity leave

  •  If one of the parents requests part-time work at the end of the maternity leave, at most, for the period elapsed until the beginning of the month following the start of the compulsory primary education age of the child.

  •  During annual leave, sickness and unpaid leave / cases where the employment contract is suspended

  •  In case of military service, during the period of the employee's service

When may Periodic / Temporary Studies be required?

  •  In the works that are not considered as daily work of the enterprise and are performed intermittently / 4 months + 4 months, not exceeding 8 months in total, can be renewed at most twice.

  •  In works that are urgent in terms of occupational health and safety or in the event of compelling reasons that significantly affect production / 4 months + 4 months can be renewed maximum twice, not exceeding 8 months in total.

  •  In the event that the business capacity of the enterprise increases in an unpredictable way and to a degree that requires the establishment of a temporary business relationship / 4 months + 4 months, a total of 8 months, not exceeding two times.

  •  Except for seasonal work, in case of periodic job increases / Maximum 4 months.

How many workers can the employer employ in periodic personnel supply?

  •  In the event that the average goods and service production capacity of the enterprise increases in an unpredictable manner that requires the establishment of a temporary employment relationship specified in the Article of Conditions and Periods for which a Temporary Work Relationship can be established in the relevant regulation, there is a limitation that the workplace cannot exceed one-fourth of the current number of workers.

  •  There is no limit on the number of other subparagraphs (seasonal agricultural works, household services, works that are not counted as daily works, urgent and compelling reasons affecting occupational health and safety, periodic job increases other than seasonal works).

  •  However, in workplaces with 10 or less workers, up to five workers can be employed. While calculating the number of workers to be employed, if there are part-time employees, the working hours of these employees are calculated by converting them to full time.
